AirCloser for ManyChat — Privacy Policy
Last updated 8 October 2026. This page explains what the AirCloser for ManyChat browser extension does with your data. It applies to the extension only; the AirCloser service has its own Privacy Policy.
What the extension is for
The extension has one job: to help you connect your own ManyChat account to AirCloser so you can import your chat history and use it to set up your AI assistant. It does nothing until you choose to connect from inside AirCloser.
What it accesses, and when
When you click Connect ManyChat inside AirCloser, the extension reads your existing ManyChat sign-in from your browser (a session cookie and a page token) so AirCloser can access ManyChat on your behalf. It only ever reads this from app.manychat.com. It does not read data from any other website, and it does not run on any other site.
What it sends, and where
The extension sends your ManyChat sign-in to AirCloser over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, together with a one-time code that links it to your AirCloser workspace. AirCloser stores it encrypted and uses it only to read your ManyChat chat history for the import you asked for. Your sign-in is sent directly from your browser to AirCloser; it is not shown on any web page and is not shared with anyone else.
What it does not do
- It never sends messages or changes anything in your ManyChat account. Access is read-only.
- It never reads your data from other websites, your browsing history, or your saved passwords.
- It does not track you, show ads, or store your information on your device.
- It is not affiliated with or endorsed by ManyChat.
Your imported chats
Before your chats are used to set up your assistant, AirCloser masks personal details in them, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers and links. The chats are used to learn how you sell and are never quoted back to your own leads.
Your control
You can disconnect ManyChat in AirCloser at any time, which deletes the stored sign-in. You can also remove the extension from your browser to revoke its access entirely. Signing out of ManyChat ends the session as well.
